IF YOU WISH TO RETURN, PLEASE REGISTER YOUR REQUEST WITHIN FOURTEEN DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. FOOTWEAR MUST BE UNWORN, UNMARKED AND RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH ALL COMPONENTS INTACT. ONCE APPROVED, YOU WILL RECEIVE INSTRUCTIONS TO BOOK A COLLECTION OR GENERATE A RETURN LABEL WITH OUR PARTNERED CARRIER, ENSURING THE PARCEL REMAINS TRACEABLE AND FULLY INSURED IN TRANSIT.

 

EXCHANGES

EXCHANGES ARE OFFERED SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. IF THE REQUESTED SIZE OR STYLE IS IN STOCK, WE WILL DISPATCH THE REPLACEMENT ONCE THE ORIGINAL PAIR HAS BEEN RETURNED AND QUALITY CHECKED. IF THE ITEM IS UNAVAILABLE, A FULL REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED. PLEASE NOTE THAT PRE ORDER AND MADE IN ENGLAND PROJECTS ARE PRODUCED IN LIMITED NUMBERS, THEREFORE EXCHANGES MAY NOT ALWAYS BE POSSIBLE.

 

REFUNDS

FOR RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM, CUSTOMS DOCUMENTATION PROVIDED MUST BE COMPLETED ACCURATELY TO AVOID DELAYS. ANY DUTIES OR TAXES ORIGINALLY PAID AT DESTINATION ARE NON REFUNDABLE AS THESE ARE SET BY LOCAL AUTHORITIES.

WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT FOOTWEAR IN PERFECT CONDITION. SHOES SHOWING SIGNS OF WEAR, DAMAGE, OR MISSING ORIGINAL PACKAGING CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED. WE RECOMMEND TRYING SHOES ON A CLEAN, DRY SURFACE TO PRESERVE THEIR CONDITION.
